Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage varies by product type and manufacturer. The applicable coverage is confirmed on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order communication.

What warranty generally covers

  • Products that fail to meet the agreed specification
  • Technical review and reasonable troubleshooting support

Common exclusions

  • Incorrect voltage, polarity, wiring, programming, installation, or connector use
  • Overheating, water ingress, corrosion, impact, ESD, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear of consumables, tips, heating elements, soldering materials, and similar service parts
  • Color or brightness mismatch where the original LED bin or sample was not supplied

Provide the order number, serial/model label, installation details, measured voltage, photos, and a fault video. Do not dismantle or return a product until instructed, because evidence may be required for diagnosis.
