Returns & Refunds
Contact us before returning any product. Return eligibility depends on product condition, configuration, compatibility information supplied before purchase, and the reason for the request.
Return eligibility
- Unused standard-stock products may be reviewed for return when they remain complete and in resalable condition.
- Customized, programmed, cut-to-length, specially sourced, or installed electronic products may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Do not ship a return until written return instructions are provided.
Incorrect or defective items
Send the order number, product label, clear photos, test conditions, and a short fault video where possible. We may provide troubleshooting steps before authorizing replacement, return, repair, or refund.
Compatibility responsibility
LED parts can vary by package, pin layout, voltage, connector, firmware, optical bin, and cabinet design. Use our compatibility-support channel before ordering when the match is uncertain.
Refund timing and shipping costs
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item or claim evidence is inspected. Original shipping, import charges, and return shipping are handled according to the cause of the return and applicable law.
