Shipping Policy
We ship LED display tools and spare parts internationally. Transit estimates depend on destination, product type, weight, customs processing, and the selected carrier.
Order review and processing
- Technical or high-value orders may be reviewed for voltage, connector, model, and application compatibility before dispatch.
- Processing time is confirmed with the order. Customized, configured, or made-to-order products require additional lead time.
- Tracking information is added after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Carriers and transit estimates
Available services may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF Express, postal services, and specialist cross-border carriers. Estimates are not delivery guarantees and may change because of customs, weather, remote-area handling, or local service conditions.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and destination-country charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers should confirm local import requirements before ordering.
Packaging and damage
- Products are packed according to size, fragility, weight, and transport method.
- Inspect the package promptly and preserve the carton, labels, photos, and video if damage is found.
- Report visible shipping damage as soon as possible so carrier evidence can be prepared.
